We blended several mustard flours together for our smooth Dijon Mustard with a slight kick of heat. One taste and we think you’ll agree, it’s the perfect Dijon for all your recipes as well as an accompaniment to a variety of cheeses and meats.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of a 10oz. jar) Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
- Assorted Vegetables cut into bite size pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave until bubbly. Place vegetables in a single layer in a greased sided ovenproof dish; pour sauce over them. Bake at 425F for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. The baking time will depend on what vegetables you use and the size of each vegetable piece.
